Using this site

First you will be asked to indicate the type of proposed development. The audit will be customised to meet the requirements of this development. You are required to answer EVERY question and you must meet at least the minimum requirement on EVERY indicator.

How to use this site

  1. Select your development type
    1. You will be asked to proceed to Stage 1 or Stage 2. Proceed to Stage 2 only if you have completed the approval process for Stage 1. The steps outlined below will remain the same regardless of your selection.
    2. You will then need to fill out a number of sustainability indicators. Here you will be asked a series of questions. You must answer every question and meet the minimum requirement of each indicator.
    3. On completion of all indicators, you will proceed to a summary page. This identifies your progress and your 'level of achievement'.
      1. You will then need to fill out an application form. This form will require your personal details and development information.
      2. The computer will generate a Certificate specific to your development. You will then need to print your sustainability certificate.
      3. The computer will generate a submission checklist. You will then need to print this checklist and include the submission requirements with your application.
